Charge transfer state (CT) plays an important role in exciton diffusion, dissociation, and charge recombination mechanisms. Enhancing the utilization and suppressing the recombination process of CT excitons is a promising way to improve the performance of organic solar cells (OSCs). Here, an effective method is presented via introducing a delayed fluorescence (DF) emitter 3,4‐bis(4‐(diphenylamino)phenyl)acenaphtho[1,2‐b]pyrazine‐8,9‐dicarbonitrile (APDC‐TPDA) in OSCs. The long‐lifetime singlet excitons on APDC‐TPDA can transfer to polymer donors to prolong exciton lifetime, which ensures sufficient time for diffusion and dissociation. Concurrently, the high triplet energy level (T1) of the DF material can also prevent the reverse energy transfer from CT to T1. APDC‐TPDA‐containing ternary OSCs shows a high PCE of 16.96% with a reduced recombination energy loss of 0.46 eV. It is noteworthy that the ternary OSC also exhibits superior storage stability. After 55 days of storage, the PCE of the ternary OSC still retains about 96% of its primitive state. Furthermore, this ternary strategy is efficient and universally applicable to OSCs, and positive results can be obtained in different systems with different DF emitters. A series of anionic conjugated polyelectrolytes (CPEs) is synthesized based on poly(fluorene-co-phenylene) by varying the side-chain ionic density from two to six per repeat units (MPS2-TMA, MPS4-TMA, and MPS6-TMA). The effect of MPS2, 4, 6-TMA as interlayers on top of a hole-extraction layer of poly(bis(4-phenyl)-2,4,6-trimethylphenylamine (PTAA) is investigated in inverted perovskite solar cells (PeSCs). Owing to the improved wettability of perovskites on hydrophobic PTAA with the CPEs, the PeSCs with CPE interlayers demonstrate a significantly enhanced device performance, with negligible device-to-device dependence relative to the reference PeSC without CPEs. By increasing the ionic density in the MPS-TMA interlayers, the wetting, interfacial defect passivation, and crystal growth of the perovskites are significantly improved without increasing the series resistance of the PeSCs. In particular, the open-circuit voltage increases from 1.06 V for the PeSC with MPS2-TMA to 1.11 V for the PeSC with MPS6-TMA. The trap densities of the PeSCs with MPS2,4,6-TMA are further analyzed using frequency-dependent capacitance measurements. Finally, a large-area (1 cm2) PeSC is successfully fabricated with MPS6-TMA, showing a power conversion efficiency of 18.38% with negligible hysteresis and a stable power output under light soaking for 60 s. 相似文献

Heavy water or deuterium oxide (D2O) comprises deuterium, a hydrogen isotope twice the mass of hydrogen. Contrary to the disadvantages of deuterated perovskites, such as shorter recombination lifetimes and lower/invariant efficiencies, the serendipitous effect of D2O as a beneficial solvent additive for enhancing the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of triple-A cation (cesium (Cs)/methylammonium (MA)/formaminidium (FA)) perovskite solar cells from ≈19.2% (reference) to 20.8% (using 1 vol% D2O) with higher stability is reported. Ultrafast optical spectroscopy confirms passivation of trap states, increased carrier recombination lifetimes, and enhanced charge carrier diffusion lengths in the deuterated samples. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and solid-state NMR spectroscopy validate the N–H2 group as the preferential isotope exchange site. Furthermore, the NMR results reveal the induced alteration of the FA to MA ratio due to deuteration causes a widespread alteration to several dynamic processes that influence the photophysical properties. First-principles density functional theory calculations reveal a decrease in PbI6 phonon frequencies in the deuterated perovskite lattice. This stabilizes the PbI6 structures and weakens the electron–LO phonon (Fröhlich) coupling, yielding higher electron mobility. Importantly, these findings demonstrate that selective isotope exchange potentially opens new opportunities for tuning perovskite optoelectronic properties. 相似文献

探讨成人在70 kVp副鼻窦CT检查中降低有效辐射剂量的同时,获取最佳图像质量的新一代多模型迭代算法(Adaptive Statistical Iterative Reconstruction-V,Asir-V)的权重。本研究对20例成人患者进行副鼻窦Revolution CT检查,采用70 kVp、230 mA条件下进行螺旋CT扫描,扫描完成后对每例患者的原始数据采用不同权重(0,20%,40%,60%,80%,100%)的后置新一代多模型迭代算法(Adaptive Statistical Iterative Reconstruction-V,Asir-V)重建的方法,共获得120幅图像,并对每例6组图像进行客观评价及主观评分。客观评价包括噪声(standard deviations, SD)和对比噪声比(contrast noise ratio,CNR),主观评价由2名评价医生对图像质量评分并对两者的主观一致性进行评价。每例患者扫描完成后,记录其剂量长度乘积(dose-length product,DLP)和CT容积剂量指数(CT dose index volume,CTDIvol),并计算其平均有效辐射剂量(effective dose,ED)。客观评价结果表明不同权重的Asir-V图像噪声随着Asir-V权重的提升而降低,CNR值随着Asir-V权重的提升而升高,且有效辐射剂量ED较常规头颈部CT检查的平均辐射剂量明显减少;主观评价结果表明不同权重的Asir-V图像评分不同,在Asir-V 60% 时评分最高,且2名医生主观评价一致性好。结合主客观评价结果,认为在70 kVp、230 mA成人副鼻窦Revolution CT检查中,Asir-V 60%的图像既可满足临床诊断的需要,也可明显降低有效辐射剂量。 相似文献

New methods for achieving high-quality conducting oxide metasurfaces are of great importance for a range of emerging applications from infrared thermal control coatings to epsilon-near-zero nonlinear optics. This work demonstrates the viability of plasma patterning as a technique to selectively and locally modulate the carrier density in planar Al-doped ZnO (AZO) metasurfaces without any associated topographical surface profile. This technique stands in strong contrast to conventional physical patterning which results in nonplanar textured surfaces. The approach can open up a new route to form novel photonic devices with planar metasurfaces, for example, antireflective coatings and multi-layer devices. To demonstrate the performance of the carrier-modulated AZO metasurfaces, two types of devices are realized using the demonstrated plasma patterning. A metasurface optical solar reflector is shown to produce infrared emissivity equivalent to a conventional etched design. Second, a multiband metasurface is achieved by integrating a Au visible-range metasurface on top of the planar AZO infrared metasurface. Independent control of spectral bands without significant cross-talk between infrared and visible functionalities is achieved. Local carrier tuning of conducting oxide films offers a conceptually new approach for oxide-based photonics and nanoelectronics and opens up new routes for integrated planar metasurfaces in optical technology. 相似文献
